Andrew & Ashley Graves (The Coffin of Andy and Leyley)

This traditional media study focuses on capturing the intense, psychologically complex dynamic between two characters, Andrew and Ashley. Utilizing markers and ink, the piece explores dramatic lighting and emotional tension through their expressions and body language. The use of highly saturated, unnatural tones (red/blue) in the shadows is a deliberate choice to amplify the sense of psychological distress and volatile narrative. This work demonstrates my ability to visually translate deep, challenging themes and character relationships into compelling illustration
